Participants in the extended vigil painted Walker Wall today in recognition of the seventeen employees terminated by Pomona College at the end of the document reverification process.
this is very powerful. please keep the pressure on!
This is ridiculous. These people were terminated because they didn’t give their employer the proper documentation. If their employer, Pomona College, continued to allow them to work at the college, that would be ILLEGAL.
Could not agree with you more. This is RIDICULOUS.
Is the administration going to be held accountable for this entire mess? Who pays for all the additional cost? Why does this administration behave as if they are responsible to adhere to the employment laws of California? These are the questions I would like to see addressed and answered.
